Recommended settings:

• Make sure you are aware on the usage instructions of LORA

• Sampler: DPM++ SDE Karras (Recommended for best quality, you may try other samplers)

• CFG Scale : 5 to 10

• LORA weight for txt2img: reccomended 0.3-0.7.

• Keys: wearing gym_outfit, back view, taking a selfie, inside gym

Very simple to use, just use the keywords, i advice to try more weight in the different keywords if it doesn't give what you were expecting.

As i did in my generated images you can prompt somthing like "wearing red outfit" to have a colored one, it might need a weight on the keyword.

taking a selfie doesn't always work but sometime gives very realistic results.

Works also with anime.
