I'm bad at prompts so I used what others have used in some of my reviews.
Prone to "leaning forward" so add to negative
None of my examples use it, but ControlNet works if you have trouble with poses.
Weights of 0.7-0.8 work alright. You will have to play with that and the CFG depending on the model.
