Intended to create characters that are equally fat and muscular by volume. The ratio can be skewed by additionally prompting with fatness tags (plump, chubby, obese, bbw etc) and/or muscular tags (muscular male/female, huge muscles, athletic, mesomorph, etc).
If you're finding the results are looking too defined or ripped with muscle tags, you might want to try adding "abs" to negatives before increasing lora weight or emphasis.

LoCon weight trained with some outer layers turned off, it's still heavily influenced by western art but this can be curbed with artist/style tags.
