It will add dreamy effects like sparkles, blur, soft glow, chromatic aberration, motion blur, glimmer, particles.
The trigger word is 'mesmerizing', but describing the wanted effects (i.e. sparkly, vertiginous motion blur, soft glow) will work better with the lora. Increasing the lora strength also works nice!
