All thanks to @JernauGurgeh for their awesome guide and the help in fine tuning what I was doing wrong.

Due to the nature of the training data, it may be possible that ?????? could happen in your generations. Please add appropriate negative prompts. It didn't happen in my test runs, but better safe than sorry. ??????/sports attire images were included but ???? images were not.
