AISHA QANDISHA - is the name of a malicious water cannibal jinn from the folklore of Morocco. She attracts her human victims like a beautiful young woman, but this incantation hides her gigantic size and hideous nature. Being a predator, she lurks on the banks of the Sebu River, around the Aquedal in Marrakech, and sometimes in the grounds of the Sultan's Palace, waiting for any lonely man to be taken by her. After he approaches her, there is no escape, for soon she will reveal her true form and consume him under the water.
