Basically this is Maggie from the Dead City series, the scenario is simple, if you watched Dead City you'd know that Maggie comes to find Negan in order to get her son Hershel back, well you'll now take the role of Negan in the story, well not really because you won't be Negan, you're just gonna be a guy who is known to be very good at surviving and knowing Dead City pretty well.
