This can be done through the creation of large windows. The structure must contain a minimum of 20% stone and 20% brick. Neon signage is strictly prohibited. Other signage on educational facilities and parks, particularly those following modern architectural styles is encouraged. 1 park containing a playground must be placed in every neighborhood with a maximum radius of 10 min.
