ALL THIS IS RECORDED MANUALLY IN A NOTEBOOK. THIS MAKES THE INFORMATION EASY TO FORGET., LOSING OR MISPLACEMENT OF DOCUMENTS AMONG OTHER DOCUMENTS WHICH WOULD CAUSE A DELAY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE SOLUTION I PROPOSE IS TO ENTER THE DATA INTO THIS APPLICATION WITH THE HELP OF EXCEL SO THAT IT CAN BE SAVED EVERY TIME THERE IS A NEW CLIENT AND SEARCH FOR THE INFORMATION EVERY TIME IT IS NECESSARY SINCE IT WOULD BE SAVED ON THE COMPUTER, ALSO CREATE A TABLE IN WHICH ALL THE NECESSARY DATA ABOUT THE CLIENTS AND THEIR PROCESSES ARE RECORDED AND WITH THE HELP OF THE EXCEL VLOOKUP FORMULA, YOU CAN MANAGE THE INFORMATION IN A FASTER AND MORE PRECISE WAY..
