Once upon a time there lived a hobbit in a hole underground. Not in some disgust

Once upon a time there lived a hobbit in a hole underground. Not in some disgusting dirty damp hole, where worm tails stick out from all sides and there is a nasty smell of mold, but not in a dry sandy bare hole, where there is nothing to sit on and nothing to eat. No, the hole was a hobbit, which means it’s well-maintained. It started out perfectly round, like a porthole, door, painted green, with a shining copper handle right in the middle. The door opened inward, into a long corridor, train tunnel-like, but the tunnel is without burning and without smoke and is also very comfortable: the walls were covered with panels, the floor is tiled and carpeted, polished chairs lined the walls, and everywhere there were hooks for hats and coats, because the hobbit loved guests. The tunnel wound further and further and went quite deep, but not into the very depths of the Hill, as it was called by the inhabitants for many miles in circumference. There were doors on both sides of the tunnel - many, many round doors..
