An oil on canvas masterpiece inspired by Venus in the Mirror, the famous work painted by the famous Diego Velázquez. The work represents a sow that represents the goddess Venus posing on her back, lying on a bed and looking at herself in a mirror in which she is reflected, being held by a piglet that represents the god of love, her son Cupid. It is a mythological theme to which the author gives a mundane treatment. He does not treat the figure as a goddess but simply as a sow. This time however he gives it an ironic touch using bacon, ham and sausages, painting, dark fantasy, portrait photography, conceptual art, the layout of the image is like that of the original painting.
