With its body faced forward, toward the water-it's head is turned slightly to its left, facing the viewer and glarring with an intense, piercing gaze from its vivid, glowing red eyes that instill feelings of unsurmountable terror and dread to all who meet the beasts' gaze. The horse Kelpie's flesh is rife with spots of sickening necrosis- large chunks of rotton flesh falling off and revealing leg bones, the ribcage, and a partially skeletal jawline. Twisted vines snake their way up crooked gnarled trees adorned with spanish moss and luminescent fungi clings to trunks of saturated trees, casting a baleful, sickly green glow upon the otherworldly place emphasizing the detailed horror elements, enhancing the haunting ambiance, creating a chilling scene.
