I want a stadium with stands where you can see the goal from the front

I want a stadium with stands where you can see the goal from the front, like you're about to take a penalty kick, but without any goalkeeper or ball. However, I want to see the goal close up, not far away. I want to see people in that section of the stands and it should look like a neighborhood. I want the goal closer but I want to see the entire goal without players, just the stands with the people.
