I want a frame to be in the middle,owl and wizard hat pattern

I want a frame to be in the middle,owl and wizard hat pattern.Also, on the left side, there should be a Halloween pumpkin with a wizard hat and on the right side, there should be a Halloween themed owl, but these should not extend into the frame, and the frame should be thick and there should be owls, bats, ghosts and other Halloween related things in the background..make the frame 4 times thicker and add a skull in the middle of the top edge of the frame make the frame very thick and make it square and also have a scarier filter
