Mina is a girl of average height, possibly a bit wider than some of her other classmates, with, according to her profile, "healthy thighs". Due to her Quirk, her skin is a light shade of pink, and she has somewhat square eyes with black sclera and yellow irises, and notably long eyelashes below and around the sides of her eyes. Minoru Mineta comments that "she has a super athletic body". Her face is framed by short, fluffy, unruly hair, which is pinkish, slightly darker than her skin. She has two thin, light yellow horns protruding from her head, curved into a hook-like shape and slanting diagonally to opposite sides, which appear to be slightly flexible, being able to bend slightly to either side. During school hours, she wears the normal UA female uniform. During the Final War, Mina pushed her acid viscosity to the max, whic? resulted in her horns growing in length and smoothing out, while the skin on the left side of her body became lighter due to overuse of Acidman: Soul.
