What it would look like ,realistically the following pastry recipe: Chocolate and coconut cake Ingredients: For the shortcrust pastry: 250 g wheat flour 125 g cold butter, cut into cubes 50 g icing sugar 1 egg 1 pinch of salt For the filling: 200 g dark chocolate (can be economical) 200 ml cream to assemble (milk cream) 2 tablespoons grated coconut 1 egg Instructions: Prepare the shortcrust pastry as in the previous recipe. Heat the cream until it starts to boil and pour it over the chopped chocolate.. Mix until you get a smooth ganache. Add the grated coconut and beaten egg to the ganache., mixing well. Line the mold with the shortcrust pastry and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.. Pour the chocolate and coconut mixture over the pre-baked base.. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is firm..
