Video Cutout App

This is an app to extract any range of frames from a video as a new video.
Just specify the "start" and "end" frame numbers.
If you don't know the total number of frames, specify 1 and 999, etc. If the video is less than 999 frames, it will be a direct copy. The total number of frames will be displayed in the results.

If you only want to cut off the first frame, set the start to 2 and the end to the total number of frames (or 9999, etc.).

If there is an audio track, turning audio ON will also cut the sound at the corresponding position.
(For videos without audio, be sure to use with audio OFF, otherwise an error will occur).

🟧 If you don't know the frame number or total frames:
I've set up a -app "Change Playback Speed". As a preparation, please create a slow-motion video with FPS 1 using that app.
(Costs about 6 coins, depending on the length).

Play that video, move the seek bar near the beginning or end of the part you want to cut, and pause. Then use the arrow keys to find the desired frame.
For example, if the desired location is "1 minute 19 seconds", that's "79 seconds". Since FPS 1 starts with the 1st frame at 0 seconds, a 79-second display is likely the 80th frame.
(It might be off by about 1 frame 😅).
This way, you can find the frame numbers to extract.

When you make a slow-motion video, information like this will appear:
[ FPS: 16.00 → 1.00 ] [ total: 81frames ] [ Duration: 5.06 → 81.00 sec ]
This means: [ FPS 16 changed to 1 ] [ Total frames 81 ] [ Playback duration 5.06 → 81 sec ].
If you have a viewer on PC that shows frame counts, use that instead 😅.

🟦 Why crop?
It's fun to cut out good scenes from multiple videos and join them to make one work. This is one of the goals of the editing-related apps I've released. Also, even if an AI video is very well made, sometimes the last 0.5 seconds is... disappointing. Whether to publish it as is or cut it is up to you, but this is a tool for when you want to cut.
